AXA has participated in the “SMS Sender Registration Scheme”

To enhance the authenticity of our SMS and protect customers from phishing SMS scams, AXA Hong Kong has participated in the "SMS Sender Registration Scheme" (“Scheme”) established by the Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA), assisting customers in identifying SMS sent from us.

Starting from 5 December 2024, AXA Hong Kong will use registered sender ID “#AXA” or “#AXA HK” to send SMS to customers with mobile numbers registered with the Hong Kong telecommunication operators.

Please note that the Scheme is not applicable to:

Mobile phone numbers outside of Hong Kong or other regions/countries; and
Local users using the one-card-multiple-numbers/one-card-two-numbers mobile service provided by non-Hong Kong operators

You should not disclose any personal information, bank or credit card details, investment, insurance and MPF account details or click on any hyperlinks embedded in suspicious SMS to avoid any losses.
