AXA Hong Kong wishes to alert members of the public that fraudulent emails purporting to be issued by AXA Hong Kong are being distributed to members of the public.
Internal security investigations reveal that the following AXA Hong Kong domain email addresses have been found to being used to send fraudulent emails:
Each email address is not valid. AXA Hong Kong clarifies that it has no connection with any electronic messages being associated with the abovementioned email addresses.
Any customer who is concerned that they may have disclosed their personal information to the abovementioned email address(es), conducted any transaction through the email, or have received suspicious information purporting to be sent from AXA Hong Kong, to make a report to the Hong Kong Police Force, or contact the Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau of the Hong Kong Police Force at (852) 2860 5012, and to contact the AXA Hong Kong Customer Services Hotline at (852) 2802 2812 (Life Insurance) or (852) 2523 3061 (General Insurance).
AXA Hong Kong would like to remind its customers to ignore any suspicious emails and to not provide any personal information to such email addresses. Customers are reminded to ensure they connect to a valid AXA Hong Kong website. The website address is www.axa.com.hk.
