The Licensee must be responsible for its use of Morningstar’s Product, including any displays of our data on its website. Morningstar has no control over that website, only the Licensee does, and it is within the Licensee’s power to manage the terms upon which users interact with its website. The Licensee’s terms of use will need to govern that relationship with their users, and they should include the terms that they need to comply with under this agreement. For example, we have clients licensed for website use which have a “terms of use” section that will cover liability associated with the End User's use of the data.
