Tips for paying renewal premiums:

You can make your payment at our Cashier Offices by cash, cheque, bank draft, cashier order, Credit Card.

1. Cash payments accepted by the cashier office are capped at HKD100,000 and USD12,800 or equivalent per policy per day.
2. All payments should be made by Policyowners / insured / beneficiary and Policyholder / insured’s direct family members (including spouse, brothers, sisters, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, father-in-law and mother-in-law). Third Party Payments will not be accepted.
3. If the payment is made by bank draft and cashier order, please pay along with the receipt issued by the bank.
