Tips for paying renewal premiums:

1. Please settle payments within 3 working days before the payment due date.
2. Customers who have registered for Emma by AXA app / online web portal can also pay by Credit card. You can also make credit card payments in person at any of our Cashier Offices.
3. The customer is responsible for the administration fee for renewal payments (except for ICBC AXA Credit Card). It will be included in the payment and may not be refunded upon premium refund.
4. Payments will be settled in HKD only.
