Tips for paying renewal premiums and / or levy:

HKD Payments or USD Payments (only for policy currency in USD) can be made by Telegraphic Transfer or local inter-bank funds transfer (CHATS) for premium and/or levy payments.

1. All payments should be made by Policyowner / insured / beneficiary and Policyholder / insured’s direct family members (including spouse, brothers, sisters, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, father-in-law and mother-in-law).   Third Party Payments will not be accepted.
2. Customers are required to pay the required bank charges. Please contact the relevant bank for details.
3. Policy No. and Policy Owner Name should be stated clearly in the “Message to Payee” section.
4. Please specify the purpose of this payment (e.g.: ‘Premium Payment’ or ‘Levy Payment’)
5. After completing the Telegraphic Transfer / CHATS to pay the premium, please notify your Financial Advisor or contact us with payment records to follow up the payment.
