Tips for paying renewal premiums:

1. Please settle payments within 3 working days before the payment due date.
2. You may find the dedicated FPS QR code on Premium Notice. Scan the QR code using the “FPS” feature on the banks mobile application or use Stored Value Facilities (SVF) to settle the premium.
3. Customers who have registered for Emma by AXA app / online web portal can also pay via FPS.
4. “FPS” daily transaction limit is subject to banks, SVF and individual account settings. Please contact relevant banks and SVFs for details.
